• No Data Storage: We do not capture or store your bank account passwords, UPI PINs, or raw Credit/Debit Card data on our servers at any point.
• Service Activation: IT services, hosting, or software development will commence only upon successful verification and realization of the payment.
• Pricing: All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupee) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (such as GST) will be added to the final invoice as per government regulations.

We believe in maintaining a transparent and fair relationship with our clients regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read our policy carefully:

• Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a service or project before the actual work or deployment has commenced, a cancellation request must be sent via email. A full refund (deducting the payment gateway transaction fees) will be provided.
• Non-Refundable Services: Domain name registrations, active Web Hosting, third-party software licenses, and services where intellectual work has already been delivered (like custom design or coding) are strictly non-refundable.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited directly to the original mode of payment (Card/Bank Account/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding billing must be reported to our support team at info@spacemillion.com within 3 days of the transaction.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Space Million Technology does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website.
